Hi-Fi Bookshelf Speaker - Comète EZ
The Comete is one of the most famous and appreciated Triangle speakers in the Hi-Fi industry and the latest Ez Generation justifies this reputation. The Comete Ez is renowned for its incredible performance throughout the lower frequencies.
Its 16cm (6,5 inch), 100% natural paper cone mid-woofer provides a wide sound stage and powerful basses. The high frequencies are reproduced by Triangle’s famous horn loaded, giving a lot of efficiency and dynamism to the speaker.
This loudspeaker provides a similar listening experience to a floorstander without taking up the space. Using a dedicated speaker stand (ex: S02) is recommended for optimum sound quality.
The Comète Ez is the perfect speaker for those looking at a high-performance speaker with powerful and a reasonable footprint. It is ideally suited for rooms with a surface between 15 and 30m2.

The latest vintage from ESPRIT brings a major innovation in the midrange driver for surprising sound realism. It also incorporates an improvement to its famous horn tweeter and optimizes its fiberglass bass drivers for even greater speed and transparency.
Tweeter TZ2510
A real TRIANGLE trademark of technology and performance, the TZ2510, is the latest incarnation of a titanium dome in combination with a compression chamber. This technology provides high efficiency with low distortion and excellent directivity.
Made out of 100% natural cellulose paper, white membrane is used to avoid any coloration. It is combined with a small pleat peripheral suspension to increase the emissive surface area.
Natural cellulose pulp medium
The white cellulose pulp cone is 100% natural, thereby avoiding any coloration. It is paired with a fine, finely pleated peripheral surround that increases the radiating surface area.
Particular attention has been paid to the many design details of the midrange driver. The cone profile, the shape of the surrounds, and the new phase plug are directly inspired by research from the MAGELLAN program.
Woofer
Fiberglass was selected for its excellent affect on the lower midrange / higher bass.An ESPRIT Ez innovation is the overlay of textile material and fiberglass, which improves the rigidity of the membrane. The speaker is equipped with a new chassis, which quickly dissolves the heat generated by the coil.
