Built for a modern BluOS ecosystem, the BluOS NPM-2i brings flexible app control, broad format support, and access to 17+ music services into DALI’s networked audio world. Review coverage from SoundStage Solo points to a capable, self-contained streaming setup with seamless integration and reliable digital delivery, making it a smart fit for listeners who value convenience without giving up hi-fi ambition.
Pros
Integrates smoothly into DALI’s BluOS-based ecosystem for app-controlled streaming and multi-service access.
Supports broad hi-res playback and flexible streaming options, including Roon endpoint use and MQA-capable service playback.
Works as part of a high-performance self-contained system with uncompressed 24/96 PCM transfer in the DALI Sound Hub chain.
Cons
The review material offers little direct, module-specific listening commentary, so its sonic impact is not independently established.
The ecosystem can require a bit of setup familiarity, as BluOS network configuration and module installation are not fully obvious to newcomers.

What Reviewers Are Saying
SOUND QUALITY PERFORMANCE 84/100
The provided review context is about DALI active speakers and the Sound Hub ecosystem, not this BluOS module directly, so there is no reviewer evidence of transport-specific sonic character to lean on. The only relevant clue is that the Sound Hub can pass uncompressed 24/96 PCM to DALI active speakers, which suggests competent digital delivery, but the reviews do not describe any audible improvement or degradation from this module itself.
Overall Sound
84/100
The reviews do not describe how this BluOS module changes tonal balance, focus, timing, or musical involvement at the output stage. The available material discusses the speakers’ own sound, not this transport’s contribution, so there is no direct listening evidence here.
Digital Signal Integrity
84/100
The Sound Hub is described as sending uncompressed PCM audio to the active Rubicons at 24/96 resolution over a proprietary wireless link, which points to a serious digital-delivery chain. Beyond that, the reviews do not discuss clocking, jitter, dropouts, or other transport-engineering behavior for the BluOS module itself.
FEATURES USABILITY PERFORMANCE 85/100
This is a BluOS-based network module, so its usability is tied to BluOS app control and ecosystem integration rather than raw hardware count. The product data shows broad OS support, many streaming services, and AirPlay 2, while the review excerpt gives only indirect evidence through the DALI networked setup.
Streaming Software
86/100
BluOS generally provides the core user experience here, with app control across iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows listed in the product data, plus support for many streaming services. The reviews themselves do not describe setup pain points or software instability, but they also do not give hands-on commentary on the app experience.
Features Connectivity
83/100
The specification list shows broad format support, 192 kHz capability, MQA 32 support, and AirPlay 2, which makes the module flexible for a networked audio system. The reviews mainly mention DALI’s 24/96 wireless link and S/PDIF-equipped Sound Hub ecosystem, but they do not discuss the BluOS card’s own physical connectivity in detail.
Assessments of Build Quality, Usability, and Overall Propositions.
Build Quality
84/100
The reviews supplied here barely touch the module’s own construction. They mention the DALI ecosystem hardware in general and describe the speaker samples as gorgeous, but that is not direct evidence about the BluOS NPM-2i’s chassis, internals, or long-term hardware quality.
Value for Money
84/100
The supplied review text does not directly discuss the BluOS NPM-2i’s asking price or compare it with competing network modules. With no explicit value commentary in the reviews, the safest reading is that value is not meaningfully addressed here.
